Everything we've shipped, newest first — written and shipped by James Pullara, founder of VidRankr.
Homepage cleanup —
Moved the free title + tag tool out of the hero into its own section below the product screenshot, so the hero has one main action.
Added a "Who VidRankr is not for" section so mismatched users can self-select out before starting a trial.
Added a plain answer to the "all-in-one vs dedicated tools" question and a new one on why VidRankr costs money when free tag generators exist.
Dropped the struck-through "Save 50%" badge on monthly plans — monthly now shows the real price, and the yearly toggle shows the real saving (2 months free).
Cardless trial on the results screen —
The free 7-day pass can now be claimed directly on the results screen — email only, no credit card, no separate checkout page.
Payment-failed recovery email plus a past-due banner with an "Update payment method" button on the Billing page.
Founder story —
Added the founder photo and story to the homepage and a full /about page.
Email confirmation removed from signup — new accounts land straight in the app.
Comparison pages and pricing clarity —
Published VidRankr vs TubeBuddy, vs vidIQ, and vs Canva comparison pages.
Added a plan comparison table and the separate-tools cost anchor (~$160/mo separately vs Pro at $49.99/mo).
Video Forge and Character Studio —
Talking-head (UGC) presenter videos with AI voiceover and burned-in captions.
Character Studio: lock a face, wardrobe and voice and reuse the same cast across scenes.
Dialogue Mode and split-screen fillers added to Video Forge.
Social Rank —
TikTok, Instagram and Facebook analytics, hashtag research and cross-platform scheduled posting.
