Privacy Policy

VidRankr ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, and password hash when you sign up.
• Connected accounts: OAuth tokens for platforms you connect (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram). Tokens are encrypted at rest.
• Usage data: pages viewed, tools used, credits consumed, and diagnostic logs.
• Billing data: processed by Stripe. We store subscription status and invoice metadata, never full card numbers.

How we use information

• Provide and improve VidRankr features.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Send transactional email (welcome, receipts, security alerts) and, with consent, product updates.
• Detect abuse and enforce our Terms.

Sharing

We share data only with processors that make the service work: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and the social platforms you explicitly connect. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

You may access, export, or delete your account data at any time from the Billing page or by emailing privacy@createtubeart.com. EU/UK users have GDPR rights; California users have CCPA rights.

Data retention

We retain account data while your account is active and for up to 90 days after deletion for backup and legal purposes.
