You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period.
If you're unhappy with your first subscription charge, email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll issue a full refund, provided you have consumed fewer than 25% of that period's credits.
One-time credit packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase if the credits are unused. Partially used packs are non-refundable.
Email billing@createtubeart.com from the address on your account with your order details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
