You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period.
If you're unhappy with your first subscription charge, email us within 30 days of the charge and we'll issue a full refund, provided you have consumed fewer than 25% of that period's credits.
One-time credit packs are refundable within 30 days of purchase if the credits are unused. Partially used packs are non-refundable.
Email support@vidrankr.app from the address on your account with your order details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
