VidRankr Lifetime is a one-time payment, not a subscription — you are never billed again. Try VidRankr on your real content. If you're unhappy, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund. There is no credit-usage cap on the lifetime guarantee.
The only recurring charge is an optional add-on you choose separately (such as Rank Fire Weekly). Cancel it any time from the Billing page; it stays active through the end of the current billing period.
One-time credit packs are refundable within 30 days of purchase if the credits are unused. Partially used packs are non-refundable.
Email support@vidrankr.app from the address on your account with your order details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
